Entering Phase 1, restaurants are now not permitted to have physical menus, but MUST have ones that are available on mobile devices via QR codes so that their customers can scan them to see the menu in a hygienic, no-contact way.

What does that mean for you?

If you are a restaurant or café owner, you're not a web-developer and maybe it's not that easy for you to do, so we have built a solution so that you can get your QR code menu quickly, professionally, easily and for minimal cost.

All you have to do is fill in the downloadable word document and email in to us containing your menu and contact details, plus photos of your business and your location, hours and contact details.

Your menu page will be designed in fully responsive HTML5 so that it can be viewed on any mobile or desktop device so you can use it in your restaurant, or give it out to take-away customers too.
It will have its own unique QR code which will be sent to you in a downloadable PDF to print and display in your establishment.
Your menu page will have an online contact form, so you can use it to take take-a-way orders or reservations online, or customers can call you, or even send a message on WhatsApp.
Your location and opening hours will be displayed so your customers know where you are and when they can visit you.
Up to 3 language versions of your page are included in the price as long as you send us the text already translated (translations are extra - see below).

All this, from just €50

We can also provide translations of your menu for an extra fee into English, Spanish, French and German from native translators. Average cost is around 25€ per language, however translations are worked out on the number of words, so ask us for a quote.
If you want a full website, we can do that too, but we feel that this is a perfect, low-cost solution to the current new regulations in the wake of the coronavirus lockdown... however if you want something more substantial, just ask. Prices start at 600€ depending on content and requirements.
You can choose to keep your page just for now while the regulations are in place, but if you prefer to keep it running longer, you can renew it after 12 months for a low yearly subscription of 10€.

Order

If you would like to order your QR Menu webpage today, please follow the steps below. You can see a demo before you order HERE.

Download the word document and fill in all the relevant parts. If your menu is in more than one language, then we need it in each one. Your menu MUST be typed into the document, not a photo. We will copy and paste it as-is onto your webpage, so please make sure you have checked it for errors. This is the only way we can keep this service so cheap. Any extra work we have to do to edit your document will be charged extra at 20€ per hour, so DOUBLE-CHECK your document BEFORE sending it.
Save your word document as the name of your restaurant. For example, 'the royal oak.docx'. You can save it as a .docx, .doc or .odt file
Once your Web Menu is finished, we will send you a link so that you can check it. If everything is ok you will then receive an email with your QR codes in a printable PDF.
